Camera Repairs

1.Repairs are performed on site.

2.EST's are FREE, (other than exploratory Electronic EST, & complex assemblies which must be taken apart for diagnostic purposes). If there is a bench fee, or, "Go-In" charge applicable, you will be notified in advance. No repairs are undertaken without your approval via email.

3.DIGITAL:
A "Go-In" charge, is required, which applies to the total Labor EST. Power supply, required connector cables, etc. should be included when shipping to us for repair, which allows us to fully test equipment & assure all operations are functional prior to returning.

If extensive disassembly is required to diagnose the problem, and it's found to involve catastrophic damage, or parts & services are no longer available, making completion of the repair impossible, we CAN NOT reassemble a non-operable item for return, or shipment to a factory repair facility at no cost.

4.SHIP: We ship UPS, FedEx, & USPS Priority, Shipping costs depend upon weight, & the amount of Ins. deisired.
If you decide to ship to us make sure there is at least 3" of packing material surrounding the equipment. Your name, address, email, home &/or bus phone #'s should be included.

EMAILS SENT:
1.) with the EST, usually within 4 ~ 7 working days of receipt.
2.) when we receive payment,
3.) and another advising you of shipment date. UPS normal delivery is within 4 ~ 5 working days from the date it is shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS:
1.)Locally; are accepted by personal check or money orders.
2.)Web; Paypal, personal check or Money Order

NO Payment (other than the "Go-In" fee, if applicable) is required until after your repair is complete, unless special order parts are needed.

PAYPAL; If Paypal is used for payment it MUST be shipped to the billing address of the credit card or band account used to fund the payment.

IF A REFUND IS NECESSARY DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS (UNCONFIRMED), A SURCHARGE OF $10.00 WILL BE ADDED TO THE BALANCE. THIS SURCHARGE WILL HELP TO OFF SET THE TIME SPENT EXPLAINING & REFUNDING.

CHECK; After we receive & deposit your check we must wait a MINIMUM of 5 working days before arranging for UPS pickup. We can ship to any address you specify.

MONEY ORDER; If paid by Money Order we can ship within 1 ~ 2 working days, to any address you specify.
